Yoga on the wii is HARD. But incredibly satisfying. I also enjoy the ski jump. I cannot do step aerobics to save my life. Hula hooping had it's challanges but was not impossible. More to come as I improve. :)

it looked like static poses held for ~30 seconds. or is this a different program? what poses does it do? are they all on that board thing?

It's just regular old hatha yoga. They're all on the board. I confirmed this with Kat who is a yoga instructor and knows what she's talking about. They do the basic moves you'd do in any regular yoga class.
