I am SO glad that I am getting my hair done this weekend. I've been growing my bangs out so that my hair stylist can do this new thing with them that she wants to do where they're "punky" and angular which required them to be longer on one side or something, and so I've been keeping my bangs back with a headband or barette and looking incredibly dorky for the last 6 weeks. I'm also getting summer highlights which should be fun. I'm tempted beyond belief to chop my hair off too. Like very short in the back but not so much in the front, because I get tired of trying to blowdry the back of my hair because I am lazy. But I will probably just keep it long.

In other news, I'm trying to decide between buying a black macbook and the cheapest version of the macbook pro. Carrie and Neil say blackbook. Dave says possibly the pro. And I don't like making technical decisions for myself, which is clearly why I chose a career in the computer field, so I am still undecided.

There. A real post instead of a twitter one. I.AM.AWESOME.

Unless you plan to do video editing, some heavy software development, or audio production, I'm not so sure the benefits of the the Pro will help all that much. :-)

I have to say, black macbook has definitely been enough com-pu-tar for my use, even compared to MPBitude. The only thing is, the macbook wants to have itself restarted more often than the macbookpro does. Hrm.

I can tell you that shorter in the back/longer in the front is soooooo much easier to keep looking nice, and blowdry time for the back is like, seconds (at least for my hair...).
